All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, The Imagination does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins.

  • For subscription-based services (e.g., social media design at ₹3666/month), the balance must be cleared before the last working day of the cycle.

  • No refunds are issued once a project is initiated.

5. Usage Rights

  • Clients retain rights to the final, delivered files. However, The Imagination reserves the right to showcase completed works in portfolios or promotions unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Imagination be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to access them.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any modified terms.
